Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Japan.

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged depending on your country or region. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
